Frances calls herself a recovering perfectionist. Maybe it’s because she learned photography before the days of digital previews, when professional photographers had to get the lighting and exposure just right, because auto exposure didn't exist with film cameras. With her photojournalist flair, love or beauty and eye for detail, Frances has won numerous international photographic awards and been a judge at some of North America’s largest photographic competitions, plus has photographed more than 600 weddings and 5400 portraits for a diverse clientele during her 34-year career.
