Bring your French easel and join us in Saxe Point Park on July 9th for a plein air outdoor paint session. This will be a casual and informal opportunity to work outside in your favourite medium. Whether you’re partial to water views or stunning florals, Saxe Point offers so much natural beauty to study.

COVID-19 Guidelines:

Please be respectful of others at all times and ensure you are at minimum 6’ apart. As this is a casual, informal event, artists and viewers are asked to share the park space with other guests.

Suggested Materials:

• Standing easel

• Small table or apron with pockets

• Paint brushes, crayons, pastels or other tools

• Water bottle or water container with a lid**

• Sunscreen, hat, snacks

**Any soiled water should be safely disposed in an eco-friendly way. Please do not dump paint water onto grass or in gardens as this can be harmful to the plants and wildlife.
