The Breakfast Club

  • Esquimalt Rec Centre, Craigflower Room 527 Fraser Street Victoria, BC, V9A 6H7 Canada (map)

Join us on April 1st for a morning of learning, networking, and paninis!

Have you ever wondered how copyright law applies to you as an artist? Feeling unstable as an artist in an increasingly digital world? Are you interested in applying for artist grants but have no idea where to start? Or do you simply want to meet other artists in your community over coffee and sandwiches?

This in-person event will begin with breakfast and a workshop delivered by students from UVic PBSC (Pro Bono Students Canada) to answer all your questions about how to protect yourself legally as an artist. Then, the staff from ECAH will deliver a short presentation on how to dip your toes into that sweet artist grant money.
