Event Description: Chemigram Workshop

Want to learn a new skill in the arts and photography? Maybe just something fun to do on the weekend? Come join our Chemigram Workshop on Friday August 26th 6:00pm at the Esquimalt Rec Center! Chemigrams are a recent art form with few professionals who work with the medium, but it is slowly becoming a more common practice. It combines traditional film development with cyanotype practices, taking photo paper used to crete film photos, and painting directly onto them with the chemicals in order to create the artwork. In this class you get the learn the chemigram process, different techniques and methods, and finish the class with a completed and framed artwork!

This class is available to all skill levels, this workshop is for anyone who is a teenager or adult.

We would like to ask for all participants to wear masks as we will be working indoors in close proximity. We appreciate your understanding!
