Are you interested in learning how to transfer a sweet image onto different fabrics and materials? Look no further!

This image transfer and direct printing methods workshop will be about creating unique, contemporary pieces using 2 different DIY image transfer methods with easy to find, affordable materials. In this workshop we will explore Cyanotype and Medium transfers as at home printing methods and personalize our pieces with embroidery and painting!

This workshop is facilitated by local artist Rachel Evans! Rachel is a compulsive "maker" driven by a love of experimentation and discovery. Her art focuses on biological processes and cultural relationships to the natural world and employs a variety of media/ methods to re-enchant people with forgotten elements of nature. Her present  focus is on experimental films, but you can still catch her creating with traditional art materials and gleaning ideas and materials from the forests, beaches and fields.
