Stephanie is an Esquimalt resident and financial planner. She is a self-described artistic generalist and enjoys crafting. Stephanie is working on her Master’s degree in Education and has taught ESL and in the Camosun College continuing education programs.
Stephanie has generously waived her instructor fee to make this family-friendly crafting workshop possible.
Course Description | Pine Cone & Ribbon Trees
Come make pine cone Christmas trees and ribbon trees! This workshop is fun and family-friendly. We will provide all the supplies you need. Wear some paint-safe clothing and prepare to get your hands a little dirty. We ask that each young crafter is accompanied by a parent helper.

COVID-19 Safety Measures
All participants must pre-register, no drop-ins will be permitted
Everyone must wear a mask at all times inside ECAH and during the course
Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry
Desks have been sanitized with an alcohol-based solution before class
Desks must be sanitized after each class
Social pods are seated 6’ apart
We ask that all visitors to ECAH do their best to social distance at all times
Accessibility
Children of all learning abilities are welcome to attend the workshop. Please contact us if your child needs a quieter setting or a separate area to work in. We are happy to coordinate around your needs and can provide early-access before the workshop and/or late exit if needed.
There are two easy-access parking spots directly in front of 901 Esquimalt Road. Please leave these spots for those with mobility issues.
Our washroom can accommodate a wheelchair or other mobility device, and is gender-neutral.
Our tables are 5’ long and can be moved as needed. There are no steps into the building.
Our doors are not currently automated - but this is a future project we’re working on.
